Sleep/Energy Cycles
How I sometimes gauge how much energy I have available, how much sleep I
need to be getting. An old post that has gathered a couple linkbacks from

imapbackup
imapbackup is a tool to back up your emails via IMAP,
downloading them to your computer. I updated it to work for my own
configuration, the most relevant part being that it works on my
Windows 10 machine using Python 3.9.1. I wanted to update it for my
own use because Python 2.7 is end-of-life now. See the GitHub link
above for my additions/warnings to the readme.
